confession: I am the infamous grandmother - my dog, ate my grandson's toy. I am disgraced and anguished. My puppy, I must admit, is unfazed. He continues to lick my face, and demand kissed and expects to be loved, no matter what!!

I am soo very sorry, Auggie, and grandmom loves you. I will make it up to you somehow, my darling boy

What a wonderful portrait. There is an intensity to it because of the clarity, I think, but also because of the DOF which is very effective. If I were Grandma, I would definitely make sure the dog stays out of the way until this guy cools down.
